Rooted in compassion and clinical expertise, the practice was founded on a simple belief: people deserve a place where they can show up exactly as they are—messy, overwhelmed, hopeful, or uncertain—and still be met with understanding.
After years of leading crisis intervention work within community mental health, Rise Anew was created to offer an environment where clients can safely unpack their experiences, stabilize, and grow. Through trauma-informed, person-centered therapy, clients are supported in rebuilding from difficult chapters with clarity, resilience, and renewed strength.
